Crushing on Daniel Vosovic

I haven’t talked about my love for this season’s Project Runway, yet I assure you, it’s close to my heart. Closer still when I freely admit I have a seriously infantile crush on Daniel Vosovic. I love the hair, his personality. He’s just cute. Someone I’d love to cuddle with.

So I figured along with my other odd little celebrity sightings I’d add this to the site as well.

This past December I bumped into him on the train heading downtown. It was a treat. He’s much shorter in person but still just as adorable, if not more so. For some strange reason I have a thing for big noses. He was listening to something on his I-pod, hair a flutter. Being who I am and not quite sure weather it was really him. I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to hit on a really hot guy. I gracefully walk over, make eye contact, see interest and we start talking. I find out it really is him. He’s quite aloof but has a really great smile. I try not to talk about the obvious, like who won. We smile back and forth.  He unlike Jay, adores New York.

We’re about to reach his stop. I ask for his number, he’s not too inclined to give it. Of course I’m out of business cards at the time; I fumble and can’t write quickly enough. So the moment is passed, I watch him leave the train and he turns back with a smile – maybe I’ll see him, maybe I won’t, but it was a fun moment anyway. I think he’s really talented and for someone so young has created some really stunning stuff for the show. I hope he gets far and at least beats Santino. I’m getting over his arrogance. Somewhere in my heart I always want the nice guy to win.

I've known Daniel for a long time and he really is a sweetheart in person. He's such an awesome person too for doing all that he has done with his life. I knew him way back when he was like eleven or twelve if not younger and I have always thought of him highly!!! It's awesome all that he's done!!
