While walking to my gym I noticed that the local Jehovah's Witness chapter had set up a little table with pamphlets and signs, surrounded by hot young men in suits. All men, all hot, this is the stuff that I ponder often. I'm curious about religion, always have been. How people can sort of band together and inform everyone of their righteous cause. I'm always puzzled by monopolies of truth.
Considering I try to inform myself about each denominations and religions stance on homosexuality, I've often been curious about the tight lipped Witnesses. Then - they go ahead and surround their marketing campaign with hot men on a street corner.
I also need to point out that I live in a very Latin neighborhood. Yet I don't think that one of these young men can actually speak a word of Spanish, so their little religious marketing campaign wasn't too focused. If Donald Trump had been involved in targeting these young apprentices, well they would surly be fired.
So my curious concern has lead me to ponder. Why does an organization that basically preaches you should ostracize and abandon your son and daughter if they happen to be born gay - why do they have strapping young men entice new members. They were really really hot in their suit and tacky ties, something about a man in a suit is quite yummy.
Part of me wants to learn more about their inner workings and their doctrine. I think I could get a really good short story out of the experience. Yet I would inevitable have to tell them "I'm having a problem with my sexuality, I think I'm gay." Yet I don't think I could say that with a straight face (pun people). After all who would ever believe me? But then there are hot men on a street corner handing out brochures, I really don't want to resist taking one.
I really don't want to resist taking one.
The boy or the brochure?

Time to watch Latter Days then! Would definitely inspire you to look out for those churchgoing boys in suits.

Yeah, a good looking man in a suit can be highly enticing. I always want learn about their inner workings, too.

One morning there were a group of painfully hot Jehovah's Witness' out in front of my subway station. They were more than noticeable. They were all over 6 feet and looked like they just stepped out of Esquire. And they were in suits. Are these the same men?... maybe they just moved on to a location near you.
I wonder if they have a tour schedule somewhere.
